Aorix is a New Zealand-based company offering AI-powered virtual assistants designed to help businesses automate communication, customer service, and internal processes.

 

2. Description of the service
Aorix provides businesses with intelligent assistant technology capable of interacting with users via pre-defined flows, AI-generated responses, and automation tools. The features and capabilities of the assistant may vary depending on the subscription or setup chosen by the client.

 

3. Client responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business during onboarding

  • Use Aorix only for lawful, professional purposes

  • Not use the service to collect or transmit illegal, abusive, harmful, or misleading content

  • Comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020

You are solely responsible for the use of your Aorix assistant and for any data collected through it.

 

4. Data ownership
The data generated through your Aorix assistant (including user messages, interactions, and content) belongs to you.
Aorix does not claim ownership of this data and will never share, analyze, or reuse it unless explicitly authorized by you for support purposes.

 

5. Confidentiality
All information and data processed through the Aorix platform are treated as strictly confidential.
We will never share your data with any third party without your written consent, except if legally required by New Zealand law.

 

6. Intellectual property
All components of the Aorix platform, including the interface, backend systems, logos, names, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Aorix.
You may not reproduce, copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.

 

7. Service availability & support
We aim to ensure maximum availability and performance. However, Aorix may occasionally undergo maintenance or updates.
We are not liable for temporary interruptions or performance issues beyond our control.

8. Account suspension or termination
Aorix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if:

9. Limitation of liability
Aorix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
We provide the service “as is,” with no warranty of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a specific purpose, or guarantee of accuracy in AI-generated responses.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the assistant’s responses before deploying it.

 

10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

 

11. Changes to the Terms
Aorix reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated version.
